Hello, dear friend of martial arts!
Your working environment is stressful, changes frequently and your job satisfaction suffers often?
Why is that? Too much work, tougher competition combined with constant changes in the market and technology?
That’s all true! And yet there is something equally important: your inner abilities on a
* intellectual and
* non material level.
Training them is the goal of the inner path. This was always part of the traditional Budo-disciplines like Judo, Karate, Aikido, Jiu, etc. but got lost over time.
When you have these skills, then developments in the outside world are not so important anymore. You can balance it with your inner abilities. Stress disappears, mindfulness and more performance in your job occurs. Without these skills I would not have survived my interim CFO-CRO assignments for over 20 years.
What do you think? Does it make sense to learn this in order to become independent of the outside world and walk the inner path?
