I have often heard about it! Many of my friends, who are also on the inner path, have done it: “Vipassana”:
7 to 10 days of silence and meditation!
I avoided that for a long time and said: Yes interesting … I’ll do that later. I had a little respect and knew: It will not be easy!
Last year the time had come. The simple version: Only 7 days for beginners.
The third day was tough. That’s when I realized how high my addiction to stimulus really was, and how severe the withdrawal from it really is.
What about your stimulation level? Can you live without FB, XING, LIN, Phone, Whatsapp and e-mail?
