Dear friends of the inner path,

Every time I fast with water or tea, I see the following effects:

– quick weight loss

– clearer head

– lowering of my body temperature

– stronger sense of smell

– a transition phase of 1-2 days: thinking about food. (This decreases over time.)

– Desireless state of equilibrium after the 3-4th day, with minor breaks every 5-6 days.
