Hello, dear Budo friend!

In the mission-vision and strategy workshop that I lead for the SME, we talked about the inclusion of Budo values.

Three were canceled due to impracticability in today’s business world.

We already had modesty. Check my last post here! Second in the list of matches was friendship!

“It is not possible to cultivate friendship in the company, because it’s about making money and not about making friends! “

That was the anonymous agreement of the directors of my client company.

I think that’s wrong! Friendship is possible as a development goal in business … but I stood alone!

Is friendship possible in business, even though it’s about making money?

Or would friendship possibly work if the company strives for it as a long-term development goal?

I wonder what you think about it!

Leave me a comment!

Best Alexander
